Prayer Petitions For February 14, 2018

Lord Jesus Christ I pray to You that on this Ash Wednesday which coincides with feasts of Saint Valentine, and Saints Cyril and Methodious, please heal the wounds of our sins, heal the wounds of broken loves, of broken marriages, of broken families, of broken friendships, of broken communities. That all we sinners may have true repentance and comeback to You through Your Church, that all who have abandoned the faith and those who don’t believe in You may find truth, goodness and beauty in You. Lord, heal our ability to love as You love us. I pray also especially for all of us men and women who have same-sex attraction and/or some confusion or disorder on their sexuality and identity, help us find true love, the divine love. Lord, give me strenght to walk this path, to carry my cross, make me a clean heart and renew a right spirit in me. I pray for the conversion of my family and friends, Lord, look after them, You know their minds and their hearts, You know their struggles and doubts, help them Lord, to find true love and peace in You. Lord Jesus, all this I ask, through the intercession of Mother Mary, Your sweet and holy mother, of St. Joseph, of Saints Peter and Paul, all the holy apostles, martyrs, confessors, virgins, doctors of the Church, and all saints of God, pray for us, that we may reach holiness like you did. I love You Jesus, forgive me my sins. Amen.

Thank you lord for another day and for always protecting my family and I. I thank you for allowing us another year of life, guidance and protection. I ask of you lord that in 2018 you continue to bless us with your love and allow us to be the people you want us to be. I pray that you forgive me for my sins as I am a daily sinner. I pray that you continue to guide me to success at work and school. I pray that my bf and I will workout under your blessing. I pray that I can have children of my own and be married.
