The Vatican on Wednesday condemned as "abominable" the actions of at least two gunmen who opened fire at the headquarters of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris on Wednesday, killing 12 people. The gunmen fled the scene shortly after carrying out the crime.
